DB&M Media - Demy Plush, Kura Sushi, Waba Grill

As Social Media Manager at DB&M Media, I managed several accounts. Demy Plush is a new stuffed animal company focused on spreading kindness, positivity, and smiles. Their first line, Smushrooms, focuses on a family of four stuffed animal mushrooms. My job included implementing a brand refresh, strategy development, photography/videography, and developing multiple paid and unpaid campaigns.

 

During my time at DB&M, I became certified as a Meta Digital Marketing Associate and a Meta Creative Strategy Professional. These certifications helped me create effective Meta Ad campaigns that focused on awareness, traffic, and conversions. These campaigns reached over 300,000 unique users and increased the account engagement from Q3-Q4 by 1034%. Our most effective non-paid campaign was through our giveaways - these monthly campaigns drove account engagement and follower count up drastically. It was a pleasure helping a small business that shared my values.

Kura Sushi is a Japanese conveyor belt sushi chain with hundreds of locations in Japan, Taiwan, and the United States. They are rapidly expanding in the U.S. with 30 locations and counting. Kura Sushi frequently collaborates with popular brands such as Hello Kitty, Pac-Man, and various Anime franchises for their Bikkura Pon prizes - novelty toys that customers receive after eating 15 plates. Kura Sushi employed DB&M Media for several campaigns, including Demon Slayer, My Hero Academia, and Tetris collaborations, monthly discoveries, and holiday special offers.

I have featured work from their Valentine's Day Chriashi Platter campaign and the My Hero Academia Media Day. For the Valentine's Day Chirashi Platter, I hired two actors to showcase the Kura Experience and the special holiday offer. During My Hero Academia Media Day, we collaborated with many influencers to create content promoting the My Hero Academia Bikkura Pon collab.

I also handled community management for Waba Grill and created several pitch decks for prospective clients.
